Are you ready to book your hair service with one of our talented stylists? We are pleased to offer online booking for haircuts, with all levels of stylists. Simply follow our online booking link below.

For all other services, including colours, treatments, and elaborate styling including updos, service times can vary greatly by hair type and stylist. As such, we would be pleased to personally assist you with booking your appointment for any of these services over the phone.

To book by phone, please contact our helpful reception staff during regular hours by phone at 250.388.3474 (FISH), we are here to assist. Prefer email? No problem, message us at cuts@fishhairsalon.com.

From time to time we are able to accommodate walk-in appointments, however, we generally recommend booking with our stylists in advance to avoid disappointment as appointment times can fill up quickly.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require a minimum of one full business day’s notice (24 hours) to change or cancel an appointment. There is a $25-$50 cancellation fee for missed appointments.

Late Arrivals
We always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, please be aware that if you are 15 minutes late or more we may not be able to provide the services for which you have reserved time for, and we will have to re-schedule your service.
